Driving Instructions:
Kingston is located along Hwy-401 on the northeast shore or Lake Ontario in southeast Ontario, approx. 250 km east of Toronto.

From the West (Toronto): Hwy-401 east approx. 248 km to Hwy-38/Gardiners Rd. (exit 611). Turn left on Gardiners Rd. (Hwy-38) and proceed south approx. 0.75 km to arena on the left (at Fortune Crescent).

From the East (Ottawa): Hwy-417 west approx. 13 km to Hwy-416 South (left exit). Proceed south on Hwy-416 approx. 72 km to Hwy-401 West (left exit). Proceed west on Hwy-401 approx. 110 km to to Hwy-38/Gardiners Rd. (exit 611). Turn right on Gardiners Rd. (Hwy-38) and proceed south approx. 1 km to arena on the left (at Fortune Crescent).
